asbestos removal case study

During am asbestos survey on an empty industrial unit, we discovered a large number of crates containing broken asbestos insulation boards.

Further examination of the unit identified debris of asbestos insulation board fixed to timbers in the roof steels, indicating that a prior partition had been dismantled.

No asbestos register was available for the building, as the previous tenant had neglected to undertake an asbestos survey.  The consequences learly can be seen in the inages below.

We were engaged by the landlord to manage the removal process using licensed asbestos removal contractor.

As you can see from the images in the gallery, asbestos removal is highly specialised and complicated.
